KPI設計や数値管理、プロセス改善など、営業組織の構築にも取り組みます。
【具体的には】
・ 同社が展開するマーケティングコンサルティングサービスの営業責任者として、
商談以降の提案活動から受注、営業戦略の立案・推進、チームマネジメントまでを一貫して担当
・ アポイント取得は別部門が担当しており、インバウンド中心のリードに対して、
提案・クロージングに集中できる体制
・ 営業プレイヤーとしての提案活動に加え、営業責任者としてKPI設計や数値管理、
プロセス改善など、再現性ある営業組織の構築
・ 営業だけにとどまらず、部門長やマーケチームと連携しながらサービス改善にも携わる
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ デジタルマーケティングを商材としたセールスのご実績
・ セールス業務における問題解決能力を持っており、実践してきた経験
【歓迎】
・ 法人営業の実績や、クライアントとの関係構築・提案の経験
・ SEOなどデジタルマーケティングの実務経験(事業会社/支援会社は問わない)
・ サービス開発へ主体的に携わった経験(サービス企画までの経験は問わない)
・ 開発・AI技術に関する知見や、組織での活用推進経験
・ データ分析の活用に関する理解
・ 事業会社での戦略策定・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・ 組織拡大および組織変革を推進した実績
・ SaaSビジネスにおける、ISまたはFSのご経験
【給与】
年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
