【職務内容】
- クライアント企業の課題整理と要件定義
- 業界特化型AIソリューション(LLM含む)の構想・設計・PoC推進
- 社内エンジニア・BizDevとの協働によるプロジェクトマネジメント
- データや定量指標を活用したプロジェクト成果の可視化・報告
【必須要件】
- データ活用またはAIプロジェクトに関する実務経験(1年以上)
- 顧客志向と強い当事者意識を持ち、やり切る力がある方
- テクノロジーとビジネスの両面を理解し、橋渡しができる素養
【歓迎要件】
- Python等によるデータ分析または機械学習経験
- 建設・製造業など産業領域での業務経験や提案経験
- スタートアップまたは急成長企業での就業経験
