仕事内容:

弊社は、"WILL(意志)を起点に「はたらく」を豊かに楽しむ社会を創る"をビジョンに掲げ、「人事コンサルティング事業」と「転職支援事業」を展開しております。転職支援事業では、現在社員2名が従事しています。この度、AMBIを新規導入したためそのサポートをしてくださる経験者を募集しています。

■仕事内容

AMBIのスカウト支援

└メンバーヒアリング:社員2名の現状の動きを確認(30分~1時間)

└求人・ターゲット設定、スカウト文面作成、スカウト送信:スカウト数は2000件

└活動報告:アクションのポイントや改善提案をお願いします(1時間)

※求職者との面談実施・求人提案/顧客との折衝は含まれません

飯田綾子(イイダ アヤコ):国家資格キャリアコンサルタント

大阪生まれ、東京在住。同志社大学卒業後、株式会社リクルートマネジメントソリューションズに新卒で入社。

一貫して人事領域に従事し、営業・サービス開発・コンサル・人事、マネジメント(コンサル組織・人事組織のマネジメントを歴任)と幅広い職務に従事。

2022年に独立し、2023年3月に株式会社AtWILLを設立。
