- お仕事内容
企業が受託するRPO(採用代行)案件での、採用実務・納品サポート業務です。
採用成功に向け、ご経験に合わせて業務をお任せします。
【具体的な業務】
①求人票作成: ターゲットに響く求人原稿の作成・修正
②日程調整: 応募者と面接官のスケジュール調整
③ダイレクトリクルーティング: スカウトメールの文面作成、配信対象の選定・送信
④採用広報: 採用ブランディングを目的とした記事のライティング
【働き方】
平日9:00~18:00の間で、1日2~4時間程度(月40~80時間目安)稼働いただきます。
「採用人事の」や「RPO企業での実務」経験を活かし、業務を進めていただける方を歓迎します。
