仕事内容:

世界40カ国で展開するITコングロマリット「Group Elephant」との強固なパートナーシップのもと、SAPやWorkdayといった人事システムの導入を支援するPM/PMO業務をお任せします。

・グローバルプロジェクトの推進(海外拠点との英語コミュニケーション)

・プロジェクト管理(進捗・課題・リスク管理)

・業務プロセスの最適化(人事課題に合わせたシステム要件整理)

・AIツールの活用(議事録・報告書作成の効率化)

など、クライアント企業の人事DXを成功に導くプロジェクトに参加していただきます。

【主な仕事内容】

● 海外拠点やグローバルチームとの英語によるコミュニケーション、調整業務

● ステークホルダーへのレポーティングおよびドキュメント作成

● 最新のAIツールを用いたドキュメント作成(議事録・報告書)の効率化

基本はリモートでお仕事をしていただきます

Join us in driving global HR transformation We are looking for PM/PMO professionals to support HR system implementations (SAP, Workday, etc.) through our strong partnership with Group Elephant, an IT conglomerate operating in 40 countries.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and support HR DX projects to ensure client success:

• Global Coordination: Lead communication and alignment with overseas branches and global teams in English.
• Project Management: Oversee progress, issue tracking, and risk management (PM/PMO).
• Business Process Optimization: Define and organize system requirements based on client HR challenges.
• AI Integration: Use the latest AI tools to improve efficiency in creating meeting minutes and reports.

A Typical Day (Example: Working Parent)

We prioritize a "Remote-First" approach. Here is how one of our members balances work and life:

• 09:30: Household tasks/dropping kids off at school.

• 11:00: Deep Work (PMO tasks, English documentation).
• 12:00: Lunch break.

Qualifications

Required:

• English Proficiency: Business level (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Professional Experience: Background as a PM/PMO in IT, Consulting, or Corporate Planning.

Preferred:

• Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle or ADP.
• Individuals looking to restart their careers after a break (childcare, etc.).
• A mindset that values achieving high results within limited time.
• An interest in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity (We provide training).

Work Environment & Support

• Onboarding: Senior members provide OJT and hands-on support.
• Mentorship: Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the CEO to ensure a smooth transition within the first month.

Compensation & Benefits

Employment Type: Choose between Permanent Employee (正社員) or Contractor (業務委託).

Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 15,000,000
