ビズリーチ運営グループ直下の案件として、採用スカウトの代行業務をお願いします。

【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

「時価総額TOP100社の30%以上」が顧客基盤。案件の継続性が非常に高く、毎月安定した収入が見込めます。

<時給単価3,000円の場合>

・月20時間稼働:月収60,000円

・月40時間稼働:月収120,000円

・月60時間稼働:月収180,000円

・月80時間稼働:月収240,000円

※信頼を積み重ねることで、契約更新時の条件アップも目指せます。



【 具体的な業務】

・要件定義書に基づいたターゲット検索/リスト化

・BizReach等の主要スカウト媒体の管理/操作

・規定テンプレートを用いたスカウトメール送信

・応募者データの正確な管理

・週1回の定例報告(オンライン)

10:00 連絡ツールで指示内容を確認

11:00 採用要件に基づきスカウト送信

↓

12:00 完了報告・日報提出

<応募資格>

  • ダイレクトリクルーティング領域での実務経験(目安:2年以上)
  • BizReach等の主要スカウト媒体の操作・運用経験をお持ちの方
  • 平日日中のビジネスタイムに連絡がつき、責任を持って業務完遂できる

  • 業務委託契約の遵守事項を守り、安定的/長期的に稼働できる方
  • 正確かつスピーディーな業務遂行に自信がある方
  • 毎日2時間以上の稼働枠を確保し、納期を遵守できる方
  • フリーランスとして複数のクライアントワークを安定運用されている方

勤務時間・曜日:

完全フルリモート◎

仕事時間はご自身で選択可能です◎

※日中に顧客との商談やインナーMTGが入ります

休暇・休日:

仕事時間はご自身で調整可能です◎

※クライアント定例(週1回程度)や、日中の面談対応やチャット連携が必要です。
