【仕事内容】
業界や企業が変われば直面している経営課題も様々であり、また扱うデータの種類や形式も多岐にわたります。本質的な課題の特定や価値創出に向けて、前例の有無に関わらず真にリアライズ可能な最短経路を描き、エンジニアやデータサイエンティストと密に連携しながらそれを実現に導いていただくビジネス最前線のポジションです。お客様は、経営戦略としてデータ利活用を掲げる国内ブルーチップ企業を中心に、新サービスの開発や新規事業の創出など、非常に多くの大プロジェクトの引き合いをいただいております。
【具体的には】
・様々な業種・業界の既存顧客への深耕及び新規顧客の開拓・リレーション維持・管理・アカウント/アクションプランニングと実行・DX戦略やAIなどデジタル技術を利活用した提案・経営/事業課題の特定と抽出・提案書の作成・プレゼンテーション・ディールクロージング・技術メンバ(データサイエンティストやエンジニア)と連携した開発プロジェクトの推・プロジェクトの立ち上げ・開発プロセスを通じた品質担保・開発プロセスを通じた予実管理・スケジュール策定と管理
お客様への進捗報告及びそれに要するレポート作成お客様のカウンターパートはCxOから現場責任者まで幅広く、それぞれに合わせた課題抽出能力や抽象度の高い課題に対する言語化/提案能力を求められるとともに、お客様とお客様の課題解決には、ビジネスと技術メンバ一丸となった取り組みが重要になることから、本質的な課題解決や価値創出の実感と、先端技術に対する手触り感を、強く感じていただけるポジションとなります。
※本ポジションは、大手企業ボードメンバクラスに対して、DX戦略やAIなどデジタル技術を駆使した経営/事業の課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。
【求める人材】
以下必須要件のうち、2つ以上の該当があること(全てに該当している必要はない)
・Pythonを含む複数言語(TypeScript、Javascriptなど)でのコーディング経験(3年以上)
・データ基盤および分析基盤などの開発・構築経験(3年以上)
・ETLやELTの実装経験
・クラウド環境上でのシステム構築・運用の経験
・GitHubを用いた開発経験
【歓迎】
・PySparkによるデータ処理・Sparkの内部アーキテクチャに関する知識およびパフォーマンスチューニングの経験・データサイエンス一般に関する理解・経験・B2Bシステム開発の経験・Webアプリケーション開発経験・Kubernetesベースのデータパイプライン・MLOps環境の構築・運用開発の経験・クラウド環境上でのCI/CDパイプライン構築・運用の経験・英語によるビジネス遂行能力
【給与】
年収1000~2000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
