- クライアントのビジネス目標の達成に重点を置き、ジールの各種プロジェクトにおける、PMOとしてパフォーマンスを発揮していただきます。
【詳細】
当社が担う大規模プロジェクトにおける適切なプロジェクト管理を推進するため、
お客様の開発規程やプロジェクト管理計画に沿った管理・運営に即応するコンサルテーションにPMOとして担っていただきます。
<具体的なミッション>
・大規模プロジェクトにおける、スケジュール管理、調整をはじめ、業務フローの改善や仕組みの改善・運用
・プロジェクトに対する品質管理および評価
・議事録など各種資料作成やベンダーコントロール
・リスク管理プロセスの企画・設計・改善・運営
本ポジションでは、ご経験値に応じて、PMO組織のマネージャー候補として組織の体制づくりや改善、組織運営にも携わっていただきます。
【求める人材】
【必須】
- コンサルティングファームおよびSierでのPMO経験(2年以上)
- PMO、PM、PL、TLなどの実務経験者
【尚可】
- 大規模PJにおけるPMの管理方針設計・運営の支援経験
- マルチベンダーのマネジメント経験
- ヘルプデスク、テクニカルサポートなどのIT業界経験者

【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
