クライアントの業務システムなどの膨大な量のデータを蓄積・加工・分析し、経営層の意思決定に活用する BI(Business Intelligence)を含むデータプラットフォームの導入から実行支援までを行っています。

■ 職務内容

(雇入れ直後)PMO・マネージャー候補:詳細は以下の通り
(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務 

大規模プロジェクトにおけるPMOとして、コンサルティングを通じクライアントの開発規程やプロジェクト管理計画に沿った管理・運営をご担当頂きます。

・大規模プロジェクトにおける、スケジュール管理、調整をはじめ、業務フローの改善や仕組みの改善・運用
・プロジェクトに対する品質管理および評価
・議事録など各種資料作成やベンダーコントロール
・リスク管理プロセスの企画・設計・改善・運営

※ご経験値に応じ、PMO組織のマネージャー候補として組織の体制づくりや改善、組織運営にも携わっていただけます

■ 応募資格

・SIerもしくはコンサルティングファームにおいて、システム開発プロジェクトのPMOやPMのご経験をお持ちの方

■ アピールポイント

・定年65歳。それ以降も1年契約の有期雇用でご活躍が可能

・将来的には統括PMとしてご活躍するキャリアプランも選択可能
・経営層との直接連携ありがあるため、裁量を持って動ける環境
・出社は1~2週間に1回程度、リモート勤務主体でワークライフバランスを高く実現(残業20時間未満)
・スキルアップ支援など社内外の勉強会補助あり

■ 給与

~1200万円程
