既存システムから新システムへの切替・移行フェーズにおいて、

全体計画の策定から実行管理、関係者調整までを担っていただきます。

開発管理ではなく、影響調整とリスクコントロールが中心の役割です。

■ 業務内容

・移行、切替計画の策定

・影響範囲、リスクの整理

・関係部署、ベンダーとの調整

・進捗、課題管理

・切替当日の統制、フォロー
