経営企画室のM&A担当として、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
【職務詳細】
・事業戦略策定、市場調査・案件ソーシング、企業価値の分析
・デューデリジェンス、契約交渉
・PMI(事業計画策定、従業員への説明、システム・業務統合)
