2023年4月に当社からスピンオフした子会社トータルフューチャーヘルスケア(TFH)の事業立ち上げに伴う

事業構想立案・推進、新会社立ち上げに伴う諸業務をお任せします。

【職務内容】

・ ソリューション導入、資本業務提携に関心を持つ「事業戦略パートナー」候補への出資/協業提案業務

・ 出資いただいた「事業戦略パートナー」とのインベスターリレーションズ業務

・ 国内外の最先端技術を保有する「技術戦略パートナー」との協業提案、マネジメント業務

・ 病院、介護施設等での技術実証の提案、マネジメント業務

・ 複数のモニタリング技術の統合システム構築のマネジメント業務

・ 「事業戦略パートナー」との共同マーケティングの企画運営業務

【プロジェクト事例】

脳卒中は79% が「家」の中で発症しているという報告があり、「家での早期発見」を実現し、早急な治療につなげることが必要とされています。住宅メーカーや他企業、国内外の医学・工学の専門家の持つ可能性を掛け合わせ「早期発見」から早期治療に繋げるための、一気通貫のサービス構築を企画しました。生活空間で起きる急変や、徐々に進行してしまう病気を軽症のうちに「早期発見」し、より早いタイミングで病院での治療につなげ、医療費や介護費の削減に寄与することを目指しています。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・社会人2年目以上

・社会課題解決において、社会的重要テーマをビジネスとして成立させることへの強い興味・関心をお持ちの方

【歓迎要件】

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方(深度不問です)

・医療/ヘルスケア業界、通信業界、保険業界における、営業、営業企画、マーケティング等のご経験

・事業会社における経営企画/事業企画のご経験、特に他事業者との協業経験

・コンサルティングファームや調査会社等でのリサーチ業務やプロジェクトワーク経験

・メガベンチャー等での資本業務提携をリードした経験

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 1200 万円

マネジャー以上

:年収1,000万円~

アソシエイト・シニアアソシエイト

:年収600万円~850万円(時間外労働40時間が発生した場合を想定)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
