【部門の役割】

・四輪製品価値向上に貢献するコネクテッド、デジタルサービスの新規アイデアの創出・プロトタイプ提案

・顧客価値仮説に基づく新サービスのスピーディーな企画立案とプロトタイプ・MVP開発

・市場トライアルを通して高速で仮説検証のPDCAを推進

・市場でのアジャイルな継続改善

上記を通して顧客の体験価値を継続的に向上させ、SDV事業やライフサイクルビジネス全体の向上に貢献することを目指しております。

【募集の背景】

これまで弊社では、パートナーと協業でソフトウェア開発を行うケースが主流でしたが、現在は内製開発の強化に取り組んでいます。

より効率的な開発プロセスの構築や、サービスの継続的なインテグレーション・拡張性の向上を目指し、業界を問わず豊富な経験と高い技術力を持つ方に仲間になっていただきたいと考えています。

職務内容
【具体的には】

プロダクト開発チームの一員として、メンバーと連携しながら品質の作り込みを行い、アプリの市場リリースの実現や、継続的な改善による価値向上を品質面から支える役割を担っていただきます。

・要件定義、設計工程での仕様レビューおよび改善提案

・テスト計画、テスト設計、テスト実施およびバグ報告

・アプリケーションに対するテスト効率化、自動化

・E2Eテスト、UIテスト、リグレッションテストの設計と実装、運用保守

・開発プロセス全体に関する品質改善活動全般

・チーム内外の関係者やハードウェア開発担当者との調整業務

【求める経験・スキル】

・UI(User Interface)を持つシステムにおける、3年以上のテスト分析および設計の実務経験

・リリース計画やテストスコープについて、主体的にステークホルダーと調整をした経験

【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】

・組織の品質向上施策の検討、推進経験

・社員や協業先、パートナー含めたリーダーシップ経験

・JSTQB、JCSQE、IVEC等のソフトウェア開発関連の資格

・モバイルアプリケーション、Webアプリの開発経験

・アジャイル開発プロジェクトへの参画経験

・E2E自動テストの構築経験

・時期を問わず、バイクや自動車の保有、運転経験

・英語力
