業務に慣れるまでは

「一人で対応できるか不安…」

構成人数は6名

(部長、次長、課長2名、メンバー2名)

業務上、同行することが多い課長(50代)は

出張先でまだ行ったことのない

スタバに行くのが趣味です。

【現場と密接に関わるお仕事】

本社勤務をベースとしながら、

ホテル現場スタッフとやり取りを行い、

日々の「困った…」を解決するサポート役として

ITに関する幅広い業務を担当します。

専門エンジニアというより、

現場に一番近い

ITサポーターのような立ち位置です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

※下記業務の経験がなくても歓迎

入社後は、先輩と一緒に簡単な対応から少しずつお任せします。

  • 社内ITサポート業務

・各店舗/本社社員からのIT問い合わせ対応(ヘルプデスク)

・PC/スマホ(iPhone/Android)、周辺機器、複合機、プリンタ等の設定/運用サポート

・メール/グループウェアのアカウント管理

・機器管理台帳、マニュアル、操作手順書、設定資料の作成

・PCやスマホ、ネットワーク関連機器のキッティング/初期設定

・IT機器の発注手配、見積管理、請求処理などの事務業務

  • 現場サポート/設備対応

・PC/プリンタ/複合機などの設置/設定/トラブル対応

・ネットワーク回線やWi-Fi機器の点検/確認/業者調整

・店舗オープン時のIT環境構築支援

・定期的な店舗訪問(ヒアリング/環境確認/改善提案)

・現場トラブル発生時の緊急対応(※振替休日あり)

  • プロジェクト・改善業務

・各部署/業者との調整、ベンダーコントロール

・PMSなどホテル業務システム導入/改善サポート

・全国への出張対応が可能な方(月の1/3〜1/2程度発生)

・基本的なビジネスマナー/報連相/タイムマネジメントができる方

  • 歓迎条件(未経験でもOKです)

・情報システム部門、社内SE、ヘルプデスク経験者

・PC設定/ネットワーク/IT資産管理の経験がある方

・IT企業での営業・サポート経験がある方

・IT業務に幅広く興味があり、学びながら成長したい方

※PCだけ/ネットワークだけ/スマホだけの経験でも大歓迎です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

  • 9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし
