クライアントのマーケティング施策・投資をデータで可視化し、事業成長につながる意思決定を支援する。それが私たちのミッションです。

マーケティング・ミックス・モデリング(MMM)や消費者インサイトの分析等を駆使し、広告効果の検証から戦略提言までを担います。

単なる分析に留まらず、データを「経営の言葉」に翻訳してビジネスを動かす、真にインパクトのある仕事です。

■業務内容:

・担当プロジェクトの分析オーナーとして、計画から実行、報告までを自律的に完遂し、データからビジネス価値を生み出していただきます。

将来的には、より大規模なプロジェクトの分析リーダーとしての役割を期待しています。

■業務詳細:

◇分析業務

・マーケティング投資効果の最適化(MMM)

└マーケティング・ミックス・モデリング(MMM)などを用い、マーケティング投資の効果を統合的に分析。クライアントの予算配分の最適化と事業成長に貢献します。

・消費者インサイトの解明(消費者調査分析)

└消費者調査データなどの分析を通じてインサイトを定量的に解明し(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須スキル・経験】

・データ分析の実務経験(目安:2年以上)

・PythonまたはRを用いた統計解析・データ処理の経験

・分析結果に基づき、クライアントやビジネスサイドへ説明・提案を行った経験

・クライアントの要望から真の課題を特定し、それを解くための仮説構築と分析アプローチを設計できる能力

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・クライアントの経営層など、上位役職者へのレポーティング・提言経験

・MMM(マーケティング・ミックス・モデリング)や広告効果測定関連の分析経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
