【職務内容】
同社は、家族アルバムアプリ「Famm」をはじめとする、
子供がいる女性向けのライフデザインサービスを複数手がけております。
法人向けのサブスクリプション型サービス「Fammアシスタントオンライン」では、
事業グロースを担うプロダクトマネージャーを募集しております。
「Fammアシスタントオンライン」は、人材不足に課題を抱えるクライアントに対し、
ノンコア業務から専門業務まで幅広く対応し、
従業員が課題解決に集中できる環境づくりを支援するサービスです。
インサイドセールスや採用、経理などのオンラインBPOサービスも提供し、
企業のニーズに合わせたサービス展開を行っております。
【具体的には】
・ 新プロジェクト・事業の企画・マネジメント業務
・ 新規事業を検証・グロースさせるデジタルマーケティング・PR業務
・ 関連企業・プロフェッショナルとの交渉や契約
・ 1人あたり1~3つのプロジェクトを同時並行で進めます。
(プロジェクトの期間は1ヶ月~3ヶ月が中心となります)
【求める人材】
【必須】
・事業企画開発のご経験5年以上、または営業責任者のご経験5年以上、またはマーケティング責任者としてのご経験5年以上

・人材領域での事業企画・開発経験がある方
・経営企画のご経験がある方
・事業責任者として数億円~数十億円の事業管理経験がある方
・デジタルマーケティングに軸足を置いたマーケティングのご経験がある方
・プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験がある方
・事業課題に対する高度な仮説構築・検証推進スキルがある方
・経営・事業コンサルティングのご経験がある方
・高度な業務オペレーションを構築されてきたご経験のある方
・新規事業の仮説検証やPoCなどのご経験がある方
【給与】
年収900~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
