【職務内容】
子育て家族のライフデザインに寄り添うブランド「Famm(ファム)」で展開している新事業、Fammアシスタントオンラインの営業統括ポジションを募集。子育て中の女性にとっての「新しい働き方」をつくり、選択肢の多様性を広げる事業のグロースを担っていただきます。
当社のビジネスモデルは、法人向けにオンラインアシスタントを提供するサブスクリプション型のサービスですので、SaaSプロダクトに近いザ・モデル型で高い水準でのセールス組織の構築が極めて重要なフェーズになってきています。
IS、FS、CSの全セクションを統括し、営業部全体の営業戦略/戦術の立案と実行を中心とした組織的な価値創出をして頂く事が期待値となります。
現在COOが営業統括業務を兼務しており、営業統括業務を順次お任せてしていく予定です。
その為、営業統括責任者を期待値とし、ハイレベルなセールス組織構築と、マネジメント、そして経営陣へ営業戦略の提案から実行までコミットいただける方を探しています。
【具体的な業務内容】
営業部全体の営業戦略/戦術の立案と実行
セールスKPIの設定/管理、PDCAの実行
より組織としての生産性を高めるためのオペレーションの構築/改善
メンバーのピープルマネジメントやセールスイネーブルメント

事業責任者として数億円~数十億円の事業管理経験がある方
デジタルマーケティングに軸足を置いたマーケティングのご経験がある方
プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験がある方、事業課題に対する高度な仮説構築・検証推進スキルがある方
経営・事業コンサルティングのご経験がある方、高度な業務オペレーションを構築されてきたご経験のある方
新規事業の仮説検証やPoCなどのご経験がある方
【給与】
年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
