Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for interacting with the customer for requirement gathering
  • Will work with ServiceNow solution/Delivery team and explain the requirements
  • Responsible for customer discussion and presentation of solution
  • Responsible for global and local Servicenow ITSM/Asset management implementation and management
  • Documentation of solution, Pre and Post implementation documents including basic translation, Proof read etc
  • Will work with project manager
  • Will work with multiple customers on a shared model based on the time availability
  • Working with Customer 3rd party partners to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and 3rdparty systems


Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow ITSM /Asset management
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in Japan
  • Good understanding about ITSM process, Asset life cycle management , Asset discovery etc
  • Integration expertise with tools like MCEM, UEM etc is desirable
  • Business level Bi-lIngual skill – read, Write and Speak
  • Working in large ServiceNow projects in Japan
