日数・曜日・時間などシフトは柔軟に対応

知識・経験は必要ありません

だれでも最初はみんな未経験

イチから丁寧にお教えするのでご安心を

9時~17時勤務時短も相談OK

週休2日制(日祝+平日1日)

車通勤OK(近隣に契約駐車場あり)

建物検査とは、

マンションや戸建ての定期点検や売却、

購入前の状況確認チェックのようなもの。

業務としては、

建物や住宅設備について状況や不具合などの

報告書をチェックするお仕事です。

地盤調査とは、

新築で家を建てる前に

地盤の安全性を調べます。

その場所に家を建てて

安心・安全に住んでいただくために重要な

お仕事です。

基本的には建築する場所の

5ヶ所を地盤調査機を使い、

地盤のデータを取ります。

現場スタッフが取ってきた

報告書やデータをチェックし、

パソコンを使って修正や報告書の

作成をお願いします。

ただの入力作業ではなく、建物の安全を証明する大切な書類です。

現場から戻ったスタッフを『お疲れ様』と迎える、会社の温かな中心的存在になってください。

マイカー通勤もOKなので

  • 高卒以上の方

*資格・知識・経験一切不要

*事務経験ある方は大歓迎

*未経験の方でも、基本的な

PC操作(Word・Excelなど)

ができればOKです

9:00~17:00(休憩60分)

*週5日のシフト制

*日数・曜日・時間などいずれも調整可

契約更新期間:1年間(更新の上限5回まで、以降は無期労働契約での雇用契約)

基本給:時給 1177円 〜
