・顧客の課題のヒアリング/最適な採用要件の策定と候補者の発掘

・採用要件に基づき、適切な候補者を発掘

・候補者の潜在的なニーズを引き出し、キャリアに関する提案/選考プロセスの管理

・人材を求めている企業の開拓

・営業戦略の立案

企業:数十社、候補者様:月に30~40名

【営業スタイル】

新規:既存=5:5/新規:顧客からの問い合わせ・テレアポ

■研修体制:

入社後1-3ヶ月程度はロープレや先輩社員の商談や面談への同席など、マンツーマンでOJTにて業務を教えます。

その後は日次、週次で1on1 を実施しながら業務に取り組んでいただきます。

■キャリア

今後組織が拡大した際には、 リーダーとして組織創り・チーム運営もお任せする想定です。

また、より会社として成長するための新規事業の企画開発/各種制度創り等において

自身のアイデア・考えを 積極的に発信いただき、実現に向けて推進いただきたいと思っています。

■インセンティブ

ノルマはありませんが目標値に対する達成率がインセンティブの支給額に反映されます。

粗利の約20~30%がインセンティブとなります。年齢関係なく、実力が正当に成果に反映される仕組みです。
