キャリアアップ
3か月間の成約金額1,200万円以上でスペシャリストに昇格が可能です。
スペシャリストの給与およびインセンティブは半期の成約金額実績に応じ変動します。
半期年俸はおよそ成約金額の20%が報酬となるように月給・インセンティブを
設定しています。
成果主義
目に見える実績を評価する【成果主義】が根付いており、全営業社員は
個人の売上実績に月給とインセンティブが紐づいています。
・インセンティブ制度は独自の評価方式となっており、3ヶ月間の個人の売上実績に応じて
支給率(成約金額×2~10%)が変動する仕組みになっています。
予算達成率に関わらず、個人の売上実績に応じてインセンティブを受け取れる、
公平性・透明性の高い評価制度です。
・調整手当は3ヶ月間の個人実績により、月給に加算して3万~最大12万円支給されます
(固定残業含む)。
成果の出しやすさ
限られた時間で最大限の成果を出すために、独自開発のデータベースの構築やコール業務の
自動化などさまざまなツールを用いて効率化を進めております。
求職者様の集客は、専門知識を持ったマーケティング部門が行っており、
営業個人がスカウトや媒体掲載をする必要がなく、営業に集中できる環境が整っています。

【人材紹介両面型アドバイザー/東京・大阪・名古屋】~スペシャリスト候補/インセンティブあり~

仕事の概要
介護領域特化の両面型の人材紹介営業です。新規登録者(各営業担当1名につき、30名~50名/月)と既存登録者(過去登録者25万人)に対し
転職支援および介護施設や病院へ採用支援を両面で行います。
仕事のフロー
(1)登録者へのアプローチ
当社の転職サイト『クリックジョブ』にご登録いただいた方に電話、メールでアプローチをしていきます。
既存登録者20万人以上からの掘り起こしと、新規登録者とをいずれも対応していきます。

(2)キャリアカウンセリング
主にお電話で実施しますが、対面・電話・オンラインは得意な手法でお任せしています。

(3)求人営業
求職者にマッチングする案件をシステムが自動で抽出します。抽出されたリストの中から求職者様への紹介案件をメールまたは電話にてお探しします。

(4)求人提案
法人へのテレアポ営業で獲得した紹介案件を、今度は求職者様にご提案します。「よさそうな求人だな」と思っていただけるかどうかはエージェント次第。
求人票には書かれていない法人の特徴や魅力、働きやすさなどをアピールし、応募承諾を取ります。

(5)面接対策/面接同行
電話、オンライン、対面で面接練習をします。プロのコンサルタントとして、厳しい目線でアドバイスを行います。
場合によっては履歴書を代行作成したり、面接に同行することもあります。

(6)内定/入社承諾
内定後は条件の相違が無いように内定書類を作成し、求職者様の入社承諾を書面でいただきます。入職後も長期で働いていただけるよう、
法人と二人三脚で求職者様をフォローしていきます。

【年収・給与】
650万円~700万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
【待遇・福利厚生】
・住宅手当(勤務地から直線2キロ圏内の方に手当を支給。入社1年目は1万円、2年目・3年目は2万円、4年目以降は3万円)
