建設技術者の中でも特に施工管理技士は、

  • 仕事内容

具体的な仕事内容

・顧客開拓(新規営業)

・既存顧客への営業、承諾から決定までのプロセス

・受注/業務内容ヒアリング

(建設現場の所長様などへの求人ニーズのヒアリング)

・人材のご提案

(自社技術社員とのマッチング、アフターフォロー等)

・契約の締結、それに伴う事務的作業

経験してきた工事の実績やスキル、仕事に対する考え方など、

必要な能力・経験

・第一種普通運転免許必須

以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・法人もしくは個人営業(新規営業)経験をお持ちの方

・施工管理技士経験をお持ちの方
