【募集部門の紹介】
大阪工場EHS室は、働く人々の「環境 Environment」、「健康(衛生) Health」、防災を含む「安全 Safety」の活動を通して地域社会に貢献し、「優れた医薬品を世界の患者様へ届ける」大阪工場を支えることを組織の責務としています。
工場内の各部門およびグローバルのEHS組織だけでなく、関係当局とも連携して、幅広い業務を担っています。
【職務内容】
大阪工場地区の環境保全、健康(衛生)、安全防災活動のために、以下の職務に従事いただきます。
・上記に関する法的対応(許認可申請、立ち入り調査、届出、報告等)について、社内外関係者と調整しながら、具体的施策の企画・立案およびタイムリーな実施を行う。
・システムを用いた産業廃棄物の管理と、産業廃棄物業者との契約および現地確認などを行う。
・コーポレートEHS(グローバル組織)から情報共有される会社方針および遵守基準に従い、大阪工場としての制度の確立、活動を行う(安全対策、環境活動など) 。
・ISO14001およびISO45001の統合認証維持のための事務局として活動を推進する。
・大阪工場として実行している各種プロジェクトに参加し、将来を見据えたbest in class を実現するためにEHS観点から貢献する。
【募集要件】
・大卒以上
薬学、工学、理学、農学系の学位を取得している方は歓迎します。
もしくは、大卒者と同等の知識やに記載する経験を有する方
・製造業における工場、事業場もしくは自治体、官庁にて、「環境・安全・衛生・防災」のいずれかに関する業務経験を有する方
例えば、EHSを主導する専門部署所属ではなくても、製造部門や品質部門、技術部門など所属組織側の担当者として、ISO14001や安全衛生、防災など何かしらの取り組みに関する役割を担い、運用、仕組み作りや改善活動に従事されていた方。
・利害関係の異なる社内外の人と業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力があること。
環境関連法規、労働安全衛生法、消防法等の規制関連知識のある方は歓迎します。
・英語による英文の読み書きができること(メールのコミュニケーションなど)。
英語による会話(海外との会議など)が出来る方は歓迎します。
