募集部門の紹介

大阪工場 製剤技術室は、リュープロレリン製剤及びアロフィセル製剤の製剤、充填、包装工程を対象とし、製造工程の安定化や製品品質の向上に貢献する技術的業務を担当しています。具体的には、原材料の変更に伴う製品品質への影響評価、製造設備の刷新や更新に際してのプロセス設計からバリデーション、工程や品質に関する問題発生時の原因調査や改善、薬事申請文書の作成や更新等の業務を担当しています。新製品の導入に際しては、技術移管プロジェクトをリードし、商用生産設備の設計からバリデーションを行い、CMC部門から製造部門への橋渡しを行います。また、クラウド上のデータを活用し、製造や品質の、トレンドモニタリング、傾向分析、予兆分析等のデータサイエンス業務も担当しています。武田薬品内の海外サイトやグローバルファンクションとの関りも多い職場です。

職務内容

目的:

  • ラボ設備を用いた調査、検討、実験を通じて、リュープリン製造の工程理解を深め、より安定で強靭な製造工程に改善する。
  • 製造、試験、バリデーションに関連するトラブルの原因調査や再発防止策を立案し、安定供給に貢献する。

    • 役割、責任:

  • ラボ設備を用いた調査、検討、実験の計画を立案、実行し、結果を考察することで、リュープリンの製品特性や製造工程、工程パラメータに関して新たな知見を見出す。
  • ラボ設備を用いた活動を進めるにあたり必要な設備、機器、材料を特定し、手配する。
  • 製造設備、製造工程、原材料等の変更に伴う製造工程、製品品質、バリデーション等への影響を評価し、変更管理遂行に必要な諸対応を行う。(プロジェクトマネジメント業務を含む)

    • 将来的には以下のような領域で業務や経験の幅を広げることができます。

  • 革新的な技術(無菌保証技術、PAT技術、デジタル技術、オートメーション技術、分析技術等)を探索、体得し、製造工程への適用を前提とした実現可能性検討を計画、実行する。
  • 製造設備の改造や更新、追加にあたり、工程設計、設備設計、バリデーション設計、運用設計を行う。
  • 製造データや品質データ、生産設備のプロセスデータ等を対象としたデータ解析により、トレンドモニタリングやトラブル時の原因調査を行う。(使用ツール例:SQL、Python、SIMCA online、Discoverant、MES、SAP等)
  • 製造工程に関する知見、ラボ実験、データ解析手法等を用いて、製造、試験、バリデーション活動に伴い発生するトラブルの原因調査を行い、再発防止策を立案する。
  • 国内外当局による査察時の説明、説明方針立案、エビデンス準備等に対応する。
  • 新工場立ち上げ、新製品導入に伴う工業化検討、技術移管業務を行う。

    • 応募要件

    薬学、化学、生物学、工学等の分野における学士号または修士号。

  • 実製造条件をスケールダウンしたラボ設備を用いた製造実験や分析試験に関する業務経験を有することが望ましい。
  • 医薬品や化学製品、食品の製造業の製造部門、製造技術部門、試験部門等における3年以上の経験。医薬品GMP領域での業務経験を有することが望ましい。
    データ解析や統計の知識や経験を有することが望ましい。

    • TOEIC730点程度、日本語N1レベル程度

  • 高活性の製剤や有機溶媒を取り扱うため、化学物質の取り扱いに対する基本的なリテラシーや実験に際しての適切な保護具の着用が求められる。
  • 製造現場内での業務に際して、SOPに沿った更衣が求められる。清浄度に応じて、化粧や装飾品等への制限が発生する。
  • 国内外の他事業所や取引先への出張の可能性がある。

    休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)
