大阪工場 製剤技術室は、リュープロレリン製剤及びアロフィセル製剤の製剤、充填、包装工程を対象とし、製造工程の安定化や製品品質の向上に貢献する技術的業務を担当しています。具体的には、原材料の変更に伴う製品品質への影響評価、製造設備の刷新や更新に際してのプロセス設計からバリデーション、工程や品質に関する問題発生時の原因調査や改善、薬事申請文書の作成や更新等の業務を担当しています。新製品の導入に際しては、技術移管プロジェクトをリードし、商用生産設備の設計からバリデーションを行い、CMC部門から製造部門への橋渡しを行います。また、クラウド上のデータを活用し、製造や品質のトレンドモニタリング、傾向分析、予兆分析等のデータサイエンス業務も担当しています。武田薬品内の海外サイトやグローバルファンクションとの関りも多い職場です。
職務内容
注射剤であるリュープロレリン製剤のプロセス(マイクロカプセル製造、充填)におけるプロセス技術者として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
