  • At least 2 years of experience in web marketing, sales promotion, and/or promotional planning.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web advertising operations.
  • Experience using access analysis and SNS analysis tools.
  • English: Native or bilingual proficiency.
  • Japanese: Business level (approximately N2 or above).
  • PC skills: Basic operations (typing, Word, Excel, GSuite, etc.)
  • Required to be able to commute to Tanimachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.

  • Experience in managing e-commerce sites/web services.
  • Practical experience in corporate SNS operation.
  • Logical thinking ability and desire to perform data analysis and PDCA.
  • Graphic design (such as content and banner creation).

  • Enjoys thinking about new and fun ideas.
  • Aware of current and future trends in pop culture, fashion, etc.

    Job Description
    DEJAPAN is a proxy purchasing service offered by Jable Corporation that does everything from buying products sought by overseas users who want Japanese items, to receiving, inspecting, packing, and shipping them.
    We provide a one-stop service that solves the problems of language, payment, delivery, and customer support for people overseas who want access to Japanese products without having to understand Japanese or visit Japan.
    Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and devise specific marketing strategies
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Plan and manage promotional campaign events
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and report on analysis results
  • Web advertising planning and operation
  • SEM & SEO measures

    Working Hours & Days:
  • Working days: Weekdays
  • Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour break)

    Salary:
  • 350,000 yen per month
  • No mandatory overtime. Pay raise available.
  • Average scheduled working hours (per month): 160 hours

    Probationary Period:
  • 2-3 months (subject to shortening or extension depending on circumstances)
  • Salary during the probationary period: ¥255,000 per month
  • No social insurance during the probationary period

    Benefits & Welfare:
  • Transportation expenses: Up to ¥25,000 per month
  • Full social insurance (after the probationary period)
  • Possible salary increase (once a year, based on internal evaluation)
  • Year-end bonus available (once a year in February, based on the previous year's performance, one month's salary for employees who have been employed for more than a year)
