Position Details
You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to expand the number of companies using the Super DEAL service.
Classify companies based on their handled products, assign representatives to each group, and formulate and execute strategies to expand the number of users within each group
Promote the use of the service through dedicated e-commerce consultants (Rakuten employees) who facilitate communication with each company
Specific Job Responsibilities
Identifying Issues and Promoting Service Use for Assigned Company Groups:
Further classify company groups based on specific issues and promote how the service can be used to solve these issues
Planning and Implementation:
Design plans to address the issues of company groups and remove obstacles to expanding the number of users
Example:
For company groups that consider increasing visit numbers as an issue, design and propose plans to increase visit numbers and encourage participation
Negotiate resources for planning and execution in collaboration with various internal departments, execute the plans, and encourage company participation
Feedback:
Provide feedback to the assigned company groups and the involved e-commerce consultants on the effects of using the service, leading to continuous service use
For leader candidates, you will also be responsible for managing team members and formulating strategies for the entire organization under your supervision.
