■M&Aのディールにおける会計・税務等に関する助言
■案件のディールサポート(同席・同行あり/出張可能性あり)
■M&A実行のためのスキームの検討・提案
■企業価値の算定、財務内容の調査等
■各種書面、提案書のレビュー及びアドバイス
■社内向け研修・教育の実施

社内の一相談役のような役割ではなく、M&Aアドバイザー・案件にしっかり併走し、共に成約に導いていただくため、自身の介在価値を強く感じられるポジションです。
また、同社には大型案件も多く、複雑なスキームを利用するケースも多くあり、そういった場面で知識や経験を存分に活かしていただくことができます。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■公認会計士または税理士の資格をお持ちの方
■M&Aの実務経験がある方(M&A業界、監査法人、会計事務所など)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■コーポレートアドバイザー実務経験
■営業視点や感覚をもってM&Aアドバイザーと併走いただける方
■財務DDやバリュエーションの実務経験があり、M&Aのスキーム検討や提案書レビューにおいて、具体的なアドバイスができる方
■積極的にコミュニケーションを取りにいける方、コミュニケーションがお好きな方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
