【仕事内容】

\既存顧客の店舗等内外装工事に関わる営業(飛び込みなどの新規営業は原則なし)/

お客様の「想い」を丁寧にヒアリングし、職人さんと協力してカタチにする営業スタイルです

先ずは上長に付き添い、補助業務からスタートするので未経験でも無理なく働けます。

【具体的には】

・営業〈お客様対応業務全般〉(現調から見積り・図面プラン作成など)

・協力業者との施工計画の立案、手配、工程表作成

・現場管理(安全対策・管理、品質管理など)

※現場(お客様)対応での直行直帰あり

【入社後のステップ】

OJT・OFF-JTを組み合わせて基礎から指導

最初は現場を学んで頂くため、補助的業務からスタートします

<図面の見方、専門用語、工程の流れ等>レクチャーし独り立ちまでサポート。

ゆくゆくはお客様との繋がりからアフターフォローまで一括で対応出来るよう、

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

・簡単なパソコン操作(Excel・Word・メールなど)が出来る方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

8:00~17:30(休憩90分/実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 18万円 〜 22万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円 〜 6万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円

※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。

※賃金は20日締め、当月末の支払いとなります

昇給:年1回

賞与:年2回(7月・12月) 会社業績により別途決算賞与あり
