Social Media Manager – APAC

About the Role
As Social Media Manager for APAC, you will own the regional social strategy and execution—building communities, driving engagement, and bringing Cooler Master's brand voice to life across platforms.
You will work closely with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to plan campaigns, localize content, and connect with fans, creators, and partners. This role combines creativity, analytics, and cultural insight to amplify our brand across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the social media strategy and calendar for APAC; align with global guidelines and regional campaigns.
• Create and publish platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.) tailored to local audiences.
• Localize global assets and collaborate with Creative to produce regionally relevant visuals, copy, and videos.
• Engage with communities, influencers, and gaming partners to grow brand presence and sentiment.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and cultural conversations; identify opportunities for brand participation.
• Collaborate with Product, PR, and Channel Marketing to amplify launches and campaigns.
• Track and report performance metrics—engagement rate, follower growth, sentiment, and ROI.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in the tech or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of regional social platforms and community behaviors.
• Proficiency in content planning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.).
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Passion for PC hardware, gaming, and online culture.
