Tokyo, Tokyo RPM Pickleball

We're looking for a creative, fast-moving videographer / content creator based in Tokyo, Japan to join our team temporarily from December 7th to 12th.

You'll be following professional pickleball players throughout events, matches, and behind-the-scenes activities, capturing exciting, candid, and cinematic moments for RPM Pickleball, one of the fastest-growing brands in the sport.

Responsibilities:


•    Film daily activities, practices, and social content around the pros.


•    Capture both vertical (social media) and horizontal (highlight / cinematic) footage.


•    Edit short-form clips optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.


•    Work closely with the players and team to create viral, authentic content.

Requirements:


•    Based in Tokyo (or able to travel there) from December 7–12.


•    Proficient in English (must be able to communicate clearly with players).


•    Experienced with filming sports, lifestyle, or event content.


•    Skilled in shooting high-quality video (DSLR, mirrorless, or iPhone Pro welcome).


•    Quick editing turnaround preferred (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Bonus:


•    Experience in sports or influencer content.


•    Familiar with social trends and storytelling styles on Reels and TikTok.

Compensation:

Competitive day rate, $20 an hour  (based on experience) + travel expenses covered if needed.
