This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Coordinator at Mediabound. Based in Shinjuku-ku, the role allows partial work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities include creating and posting engaging social media content, managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Additional tasks involve driving engagement through digital marketing strategies, writing compelling captions, and effectively communicating with online audiences.Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience with Digital Marketing tools and strategies
Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Knowledge of Japanese culture and tourism is a plus
Fluent English and Japanese required
