This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator, based in Shinjuku-ku.
The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily content creation, plan, and execute social media campaigns, and curate engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, responding to audience engagement, analyzing metrics to inform strategies, and collaborating with teams to maintain brand voice and align content with marketing goals.
QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience in Digital Marketing and a good understanding of online marketing trends
Ability to track, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with international tourism trends or experience in the tourism/hospitality industry is a plus
Proficiency in English, and knowledge of Japanese is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Salary: 250,000yen ~ 400,000yen monthly
