理想の住まいづくりを提案する仕事です。

飛び込み営業は一切なく、

展示場や広告からの完全反響営業です。

【主な業務の流れ】

・展示場にご来場されたお客様の対応

・ニーズのヒアリング

・設計士と連携してプラン提案

・資金計画や完成イメージのご説明

・契約後の着工・お引渡しまでの対応

・お引渡し後の継続フォロー
