鎌倉・雪ノ下にて新設されたブルワリーにて、クラフトビールの醸造をしています。

そこに併設されたレストランで鎌倉という土地の物語を一緒に築き上げていきましょう。

【 業務内容 】

一般的なホール・キッチン業務全般に加え、

鎌倉で醸造したビールや食文化の物語をどのように伝えていくのか、

イチからお店の雰囲気や提供価値を一緒に作り上げていきます。

・お客様のご案内やご提供などの接客

・ソーセージを焼いたりなどの調理

・ビールと合う新規メニュー開発

・お店の空間や雰囲気作り

・PL等の店舗経営
