is an independent technology consulting firm providing guidance and solutions to businesses. Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are looking for a
Software Consultant
to join Amaris Consulting.
The role requires strong full-stack experience with a focus on backend development, excellent autonomy, and the ability to communicate directly with users to understand needs and propose improvements.
Your missions
- Enhance and improve existing applications through new features and technical upgrades.
- Work as part of a small development team, contributing to both backend and full-stack activities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of developments, including requirements clarification, implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Communicate with users to understand requests, gather feedback, and propose technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through clean development practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project expectations and timelines.
Your profile
- 2–4 years of experience as a software developer or software consultant.
- Strong experience in backend development, with knowledge of full-stack environments.
- Experience working in small teams or similar collaborative environments.
- Ability to work independently and deliver application components autonomously.
- Strong communication skills; English only is acceptable.
- Nice to have: Capital markets / Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
