Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、OpenShift を中心に、RHEL や Ansible を含むプラットフォーム領域全般を担当する OpenShift Consultant を募集しています。

本ポジションでは、IT およびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと連携し、オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド(ROSA/ARO など)、ハイブリッドクラウドといった多様な環境に対応した、スケーラブルな基盤の設計・構築を支援いただきます。小規模な PoC(概念実証)の立ち上げから、将来的な全社展開を見据えた大規模環境の構築まで、Red Hat のコンテナプラットフォームを最適に運用できるようデリバリーチームの一員として取り組んでいただきます。

お客様が直面する複雑な技術課題に対し、OpenShift が持つスケーラビリティ、堅牢なセキュリティ、強力な CI/CD パイプライン機能を活用し、最適なアーキテクチャを提案・実現していただくことが期待されます。また、その技術的・ビジネス的価値をお客様へ分かりやすく伝える役割も担います。

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、および Ansible といった Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウドソリューション関連のプラットフォーム製品の導入 (設計、構築、保守運用) の支援業務
  • プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力して締め切りと目標を達成すること。
  • 品質保証およびチケット/バグ管理を含むプロジェクトのドキュメントと図表作成への貢献。
  • クライアントへの助言および知識の共有。
  • 顧客のクラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーソリューションの自動化と統合を開発および実装。
  • 自動化技術と DevOps プロセスの採用を定義および促進し、クラウドのライフサイクルを改善すること。(これにはインフラストラクチャーとアプリケーションのアップタイム、アベイラビリティー、および製品化までの時間を含む)
  • クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化メソッドを使用したソリューションの設計と推進。

Required Skills

  • 6 年以上のテクノロジー分野での経験。例: コンサルティング、オペレーション、ヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスク、設計・開発。
  • 3年以上の Linux の経験。Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) または派生製品であれば尚可。
  • クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運営の経験。
  • DevOps または Agile プロセスの実地経験。
  • オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーと、KVM などの仮想化の経験。
  • Docker などのコンテナー実装、Kubernetesなどのコンテナーオーケストレーション実装を含むPaaSの知識と経験。
  • Amazon Web Services や Microsoft Windows Azure などのパブリッククラウドテクノロジーおよびプロバイダーを使用した経験。
  • データストレージ、ネットワーク、モニタリング、およびセキュリティーを含めたシステムインフラストラクチャーおよびクラウドソリューションの実装経験。
  • Bash および同様のコマンドラインツールでの作業経験。
  • 口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル(日本語と英語の両方)。
  • 分散したチームとの作業ができること。(これには、E メールやチャットを使用したオープンソースのコミュニティーとのやり取りを含む)
  • 品質保証のポジションの経験。チケットシステムやバグ追跡ツールの経験があれば尚可。
  • 独自に調査し、短期間で学習でき、新しいアイデアを実践する能力。
