Red Hatコンサルティングチームでは、OpenShiftと関連の Platform 全般 (RHEL、OpenShift および Ansible) を担当するしています。このポジションでは、ITおよびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと協力して、Red Hatのコンテナプラオペレーションの最適化を支援するデリバリーチームの一員として業務に従事します。顧客に自由度、柔軟性、選択肢、役割を担います。コンサルタントとして顧客サイトを訪問し、顧客のIT、クラウド、およびビジネスニーズ全体を理解よび最適化に関する提案を作成します。
Primary Job Responsibilities
RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、および Ansible といった Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウドソリューション関連のプラットフォーム製品の導入 (設計、構築、保守運用) の支援業務
プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力して締め切りと目標を達成すること。
品質保証およびチケット/バグ管理を含むプロジェクトのドキュメントと図表作成への貢献。
クライアントへの助言および知識の共有。
顧客のクラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーソリューションの自動化と統合を開発および実装。
自動化技術と DevOps プロセスの採用を定義および促進し、クラウドのライフサイクルを改善すること。(これにはインフラストラクチャーとアプリケーションのアップタイム、アベイラビリティー、および製品化までの時間を含む)
クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化メソッドを使用したソリューションの設計と推進。
Required Skills
10 年以上のテクノロジー分野での経験。例: コンサルティング、オペレーション、ヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスク、設計・開発。
5年以上の Linux の経験。Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) または派生製品であれば尚可。
クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運営の経験。
DevOps または Agile プロセスの実地経験。
オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーと、KVM などの仮想化の経験。
Docker などのコンテナー実装、Kubernetesなどのコンテナーオーケストレーション実装を含むPaaSの知識と経験。
Amazon Web Services や Microsoft Windows Azure などのパブリッククラウドテクノロジーおよびプロバイダーを使用した経験。
データストレージ、ネットワーク、モニタリング、およびセキュリティーを含めたシステムインフラストラクチャーおよびクラウドソリューションの実装経験。
Bash および同様のコマンドラインツールでの作業経験。
口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル(日本語と英語の両方)。
分散したチームとの作業ができること。(これには、E メールやチャットを使用したオープンソースのコミュニティーとのやり取りを含む)
品質保証のポジションの経験。チケットシステムやバグ追跡ツールの経験があれば尚可。
独自に調査し、短期間で学習でき、新しいアイデアを実践する能力。
