▽メイン業務

■従業員の労務管理に関する業務(労働時間管理、組合対応、個別労務対応等)

■基幹職の異動、昇格、評価

■新入社員や派遣社員の受入

▽その他

■従業員の採用、育成に関する業務(基幹職・障がい者採用、人権・メンタルヘルス教育 等)

■その他(総務関係、安全衛生関係、福利厚生 等)
