We are looking for a person in charge of maintenance, inspection and repair of dental treatment machines in dental clinics based in Osaka.
You will be responsible for customers in the Osaka area.
There will be business travel with overnight stays and long distance driving.
As a Field Service Engineer,
Field support, equipment inspection, and repair
Explanations, quotations, and price negotiations with customers
Products handled
Dental equipment (dental treatment tables, CAD/CAM/CT equipment, sterilizers, etc.)
Connection to other companies' products in the network of in-hospital LAN devices and systems other than the above products
Technical service including product installation and repair after installation at the customer's site
Periodic inspection visits of products
Main customers: Dentists and dental clinic staff
大阪を拠点にした歯科院内での歯科治療機械の保守・点検・修理業務担当の募集です。
大阪を中心とした地域のお客様を担当いただきます。
宿泊を伴う出張や長距離の運転がございます。
フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、
フィールドサポート業務、装置の点検、修理対応
お客様への説明、見積提示、価格交渉
・取扱製品
当社取り扱い歯科用機器(歯科用診療治療台・CAD/CAM/CT装置・滅菌器他)
上記製品以外、院内LAN機器類・システムのネットワークにある他社製品との接続
・お客様先にて製品の設置、および設置後の修理を含む技術サービス
・製品の(定期)点検訪問
※主なお客様:歯科医師や歯科医院スタッフ
