With over 400 years of history, this long-established enterprise is launching a greenfield IT initiative to bring computer vision and modern software into the construction industry.
The team tackles large-scale, real-world problems in a highly manual domain, combining enterprise stability with startup-like autonomy.
They are hiring an SRE Manager to own the reliability and evolution of its core platform. This role is intentionally open to strong senior SRE / infrastructure engineers who want to grow into management - prior people-management experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the reliability and operation of a large AWS platform (EKS/ECS, Aurora/DynamoDB, CloudFront, WAF)
- Introduce and operate SRE practices (SLO/SLI, error budgets, postmortems, toil reduction)
- Design monitoring, observability, incident response, and on-call processes
- Improve operational efficiency through IaC and automation (Terraform/CDK, CI/CD)
- Partner with development, business teams, and vendors to meet SLAs
- Support security and compliance (IAM/KMS, vulnerability handling)
- Grow into team leadership: hiring, mentoring, and guiding SRE engineers
Requirements
- AWS production environment design/operations experience (3+ years)
- Hands-on SRE practices (monitoring, reliability improvement, incident response)
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, containers, and databases
- Experience with IaC and CI/CD
- Business-level Japanese and technical English reading/writing
Nice to Have
- Kubernetes/EKS production operations or service mesh
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
- Cloud security or FinOps experience
- AWS certifications or project management certifications

業務内容
- 大規模AWS基盤(EKS/ECS、Aurora/DynamoDB、CloudFront、WAF)の信頼性・運用のリード
- SREプラクティスの導入・運用(SLO/SLI、エラーバジェット、ポストモーテム、トイル削減)
- 監視・オブザーバビリティ・インシデント対応・オンコール体制の設計
- IaC/自動化(Terraform/CDK、CI/CD)による運用効率の改善
- 開発・ビジネス・ベンダーと連携しSLAを実現
- セキュリティ/コンプライアンス対応(IAM/KMS、脆弱性対応)
- 将来的なチームリード(採用・育成・メンタリング)
必須要件
- AWS本番環境の設計・運用経験(3年以上)
- SRE業務の実務経験(監視、信頼性改善、障害対応)
- Linux、ネットワーク、コンテナ、データベースの基礎知識
- IaCおよびCI/CDの利用経験
- 日本語ビジネスレベル + 英語(技術読解レベル)

- Kubernetes/EKSの本番運用、Service Mesh経験
- Observabilityツール(Prometheus、Datadog、OpenTelemetry)

- AWS資格、PM系資格
