【具体的な業務内容】

通信回線や携帯電話の提案・販売

顧客心理に基づいた営業戦略の立案

新規事業の企画・プレゼン

事業立ち上げに向けたマーケティング

まずは現場(auショップ等)にて、

「モノを売る力」と「人間心理」を

徹底的に学んでいただきます。

なぜ現場経験が必要なのか?

それは、独立や経営において

最も重要な「営業力」を養うためです。

【入社後の流れ】

入社後1~2年は「修行期間」です。

現場での接客・販売業務を通じて、

お客様の心を動かす

コミュニケーション能力を磨きます。

その後、実力と意欲次第で、

新規事業の責任者や、

社内ベンチャー制度を利用した

独立(子会社化)を目指せます。

【1日のスケジュール】

10:00 出社・朝礼・メールチェック

11:00 店舗にて接客・販売業務

13:00 お昼休憩

14:00 接客・後輩スタッフの指導

17:00 売上管理・営業戦略の振り返り

19:00 退社(残業はほぼありません)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

残業は月20時間以内と少なめ

原則定時退社を推奨しています

週休2日制(月8日以上)

原則平日休み(火曜・水曜など)

有給休暇・慶弔休暇

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【実力主義で正当に評価】

年功序列は一切ありません。

成果や意欲に応じて随時昇給・昇格し、

入社1年目で役職に就くことも可能です。
