同社が持つ様々なソリューションのいずれかの事業開発、もしくは新しいソリューションの立ち上げを担って頂きます。
【職務詳細】
ソリューションのフェーズによって、BizDevのメンバーが担う役割は多様ですが、いずれもデータサイエンティストやエンジニアと連携しながら課題解決をドライブすることが求められます。
その上で、個々人のレベルや志向に応じ、ソリューション企画を担う方、企業への導入プロジェクトのデリバリを行う方、ソリューション導入先企業のアセスメント及び周辺領域の支援を行う方、ソリューションの責任者など様々な役割の方をこのポジションでは募集します。
同社はUPGRADE JAPANというミッションを達成するため、様々なソリューションを活用して、産業共通課題や社会課題の解決を目指しています。
そのため、特にBizDevのメンバーには、産業レベルの課題に目を向け、業界内の各プレーヤーを巻き込む視座の高さを求めています。

【必須】
下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・コンサルティングファームにおける課題解決経験(2年以上)
・各産業のリーディングカンパニーでBtoB事業開発をリードした経験
・スタートアップ/メガベンチャーでBtoB事業開発をリードした経験
【尚可】
・SCM、CRM、マーケティング、DX人材育成、データガバナンスなど各領域における専門性/知見
・コンサルタントとして、システム導入を伴うBPR(業務再構築)を遂行した経験
・プロジェクトマネジャーとして、AIプロダクト、DWH/BIシステム、クラウドソリューションの導入経験
・製造・小売業、造船/海運、地方行政など各業界における専門性/知見
・機械学習・深層学習などのデータサイエンスの知見、プログラミング経験
【給与】
年収:600万~1400万程度
月給制:月額446000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回
昇給:年2回(経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があり)
