仕事内容:

\ライブ配信を"裏方"で支えるお仕事です/

当社のアパレル・アウトドアブランドのライブ配信を、

PC操作や販売設定、コメント対応などを通して運営面から支えるスタッフを募集します。

配信画面の裏で、商品の入れ替え・価格調整・セール設定・演出サポートなどを行い、

より多くのお客様にブランドの魅力が伝わるようサポートするポジションです。

ライブ配信の「出演者」ではなく、

配信をスムーズに進行させ、視聴者の購買意欲を高める"仕掛け人"として活躍していただきます。

★ 朝の配信強化のため、朝6時から勤務できる方を歓迎します

朝活や午前帯の配信需要が高まっているため、

6:00〜の早朝シフトに入れる方を特に歓迎いたします。

◆ 未経験も大歓迎

・「ライブ配信を見るのが好き」

・「実演販売や接客の経験がある」

◆【主な仕事内容】

・配信中の商品入れ替え・在庫/価格設定・セール設定の操作

・配信者との連携・タイミング調整

・コメントの確認・視聴者対応サポート

・販売データの確認・反応をもとにした施策改善提案

・配信前後の準備・片付け、撮影スペースの整備

・配信スケジュールの管理、チーム内調整

・企画チームとの情報共有、販促キャンペーン設定 など

・SNSコンテンツの企画・制作・運営

・Instagram/TikTok/YouTube向けの動画コンテンツの企画・撮影・編集

・インフルエンサーやメディアとの関係構築、ギフティング施策の企画・実施・効果測

・ブランドの世界観を反映したSNSキャンペーン・販促施策の立案・推進

・基本的なPC操作スキル(Excel/ブラウザ操作)

・SNS・ライブ配信に興味がある方

・チームでのコミュニケーションが得意な方

<歓迎する経験・スキル>

・ECサイトの運営経験(商品登録・価格設定など)

・ライブコマース・通販番組などの運営やサポート経験

・接客・販売・カスタマーサポート経験

・Excelでのデータ入力・管理が得意な方

勤務時間・曜日:
