業界トップクラスのRPO(採用代行)組織にて、中途採用の媒体スカウトの配信業務を担当していただきます。 決定された採用要件に基づき、対象者へアプローチを行うのが主な役割です。 丁寧かつ正確な業務遂行ができる方であれば、早期にパフォーマンスを発揮いただけます。 ご支援いただくのは、日系大手メーカーや急成長中のスタートアップなど、多岐にわたる有名な企業様です。
【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】
「時価総額TOP100社の30%以上が利用するサービスの為、案件継続性が高く、安定収入が可能」な設計で、以下のような実績があります。
(※時給3,200円換算)
・月20時間稼働:月収64,000円
・月40時間稼働:月収128,000円
・月60時間稼働:月収192,000円
・月80時間稼働:月収256,000円
※プロジェクトでの評価によって、契約更新時に単価UPした実績も多数あります

・要件定義に基づいたターゲットのリスト化
・BizReach/doda等のスカウト媒体管理画面の操作
・入力 ・テンプレートを活用した文面作成と配信実行
・候補者情報の管理およびステータスの更新
・週1回の定例ミーティングへの参加と報告
【 1日の流れ(例)】
10:30 チャットツールを確認、当日の送信対象をすり合わせ
11:30 スカウト文面の作成と配信業務
12:30 完了報告と日報を提出し、業務を終了

- 人材業界や企業人事にてスカウト実務の経験をお持ちの方(約2年以上)
- BizReach等のダイレクトソーシング媒体の操作スキル
- 平日の日中にチャット等で連絡が取れる方

- 定型業務やオペレーションが得意な方
- 日中に一定時間(毎日2時間〜)の稼働ができる方
