日立が世界で成長し続けるためには、日立グループ約600社をまとめた財務戦略が経営上ますます重要になっています。

将来的な体制強化のため、財務統括本部の一員として長期的に活躍いただける方を募集しています。

【職務概要】

財務統括本部は、CFOの下で中期経営計画・予算・決算の取りまとめや作成など、日立グループ全体の経理財務を統括する部署です。

単に数字の取りまとめや分析を行う受け身の姿勢ではなく、グループ各社や各ビジネスユニットと積極的に関わり、それぞれの経営戦略やグループ全体の変革に貢献していく「攻めの財務戦略」を進めています。

国内外のグループ会社と共に実績の分析や将来に向けた改善策の議論を行い、必要に応じて社長やCFOへの報告や提言なども行います。

【職務詳細】

第一線の業務取り纏め者として、決算業務あるいは管理会計業務のいずれかからスタートいただきます。(3〜5名のチーム取り纏め)

【決算業務(個別決算/連結決算)】

・財務諸表の作成

・決算書の作成と準備

・決算の相談役

・公認会計士や社外監査委員に決算書を提出

・開示書類の作成

【管理会計業務】

・日立グループ全体の予算策定

・各ビジネスユニットや子会社の予算策定支援

・目標達成に向けた取り組みについての経営幹部との議論

・内部報告を踏まえた外部報告(決算報告やInvestor Day)ストーリーの検討

・日立グループのグローバルな財務トランスフォーメーションプロジェクト参画

(管理会計制度の見直しや新連結管理システムの更新)

・単体売上2兆円以上、グローバル連結売上10兆円の舵取り役として、日立グループ約600社の財務戦略を企画立案します。

会計という分析軸を通じて事業を把握し、打ち手を探る事業の現場で得た経験を糧に、専門スキルを伸ばせます。

伝統的に財務部門の裁量や権限が強いです。CFOとの距離も近く、グローバルな経営に最も近いところで、数値発信や英語も交えた議論を通じて貢献していきます。

・日立の経理財務部門の育成方針はマルチキャリアパスであり、3〜5年を目安に業務や部をローテーションしながら、スキルの幅を広げていただきます。

ジェネラリストとして、最初は会計という分野で活躍していただき、その後は例えば財務、税務、M&Aサポートなど別の領域を経験するキャリアパスもあれば、日立の会計にこの人ありといわれるようなスペシャリストをめざすことも可能です。育成プログラムや職場支援は充実しています。

【働く環境】

1.財務統括本部における会計業務は、経理部(決算・法定開示等の財務会計を担当)と財務戦略部(予算管理等、日立グループ業績を取り纏める管理会計担当)の大きく二つがあります。

経理部は個別決算、連結決算合わせて30名程度、財務戦略部は20名弱程度で構成されています。

年齢層は20代後半〜40代と幅広く、特に経理部はキャリア採用者も半数近くおり、多様な人財が活躍しています。

2.在宅勤務制度も活用しています。

出社頻度は業務の状況にもよりますが、平均週3日程度です。

また繁忙期が事前にはっきりしているため、夏季・冬季休暇などは計画的に長めに(2週間超前後)とっています。

応募資格

【必須条件】

・事業会社(プライム上場企業相当)にて決算、収支管理、予実管理、事業再編いずれかの経験を2つ以上お持ちの方(4年以上)

・PCスキル(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)をお持ちの方

・TOEIC730点以上

【歓迎条件】

・会計関連資格(日商簿記1級、公認会計士、米国公認会計士等)をお持ちの方

【給与】

■月給:463,000〜605,000円

■年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
