■業務内容

Mendixのシニアソリューションアーキテクトとして、アジア太平洋日本エリアのプリセールスチームの一員となります。

このポジションでは、さまざまな業界セグメントにわたる大企業の顧客や見込み客と関わることになります。

営業担当者と連携し、以下の業務を担当します。

Mendixプラットフォームの価値を見込み客や顧客に対して下記の役割を担っていただきます。

ソリューションアーキテクチャワークショップ、ディープダイブセッション、Mendixイネーブルメントなどを通じて、Mendixの見込み客にソリューションを提案します。

これらのアカウントにおける技術的な信頼できるアドバイザーとして、あらゆるレベルにわたって良好な関係を構築することが重要です

この職務では、下記のデジタル・イノベーションを推進します:

・顧客への個別の製品プレゼンテーションとデモンストレーション(オンラインとオンサイトの両方)の作成と提供

・顧客のアプリケーションポートフォリオやIT環境を理解するためのワークショップのファシリテート

・顧客(見込み客を含む)の業務環境におけるMendix製品の使用に関するアドバイス

・技術的なディープダイブやアーキテクチャセッションの実施

・顧客との概念実証の実施

アナリストブリーフィング(Forrester、Gartner、IDCなど)におけるグローバルマーケティングチームのサポート

■応募資格(必須要件)

・aPaaS/PaaSおよびクラウド市場において5年以上のプリセールス・ソリューション・アーキテクチャー経験があること。

・複雑なアプリケーション・アーキテクチャをよく理解し、適切にIoT、ミドルウェア、BPM、SOA、4GLなどを比較検討できること

・ アジャイル手法(特にスクラム)の経験

・スピーディで、ダイナミックな職場環境で自立的に機能できる方

・ワークショップ、トレーニング、コンサルティングの実施経験

・卓越したコミュニケーションスキルとリレーションシップマネジメントスキル

・英語でのプレゼンテーション能力

・必要に応じてアジア全域を出張できること

■学歴

・大学卒業以上が望ましい。

(短期大学・高等専門学校卒業は可。専修学校、高等学校卒業は不可)

■待遇

・基本給年額:800〜1,500万円(月額給与は年俸の12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)・その他ターゲットインセンティブあり

・深夜勤務手当

・退職金制度:あり(企業型確定拠出年金制度)

■就業時間

・裁量労働制(9:00~17:30 を標準労働時間帯とし、社員の裁量に委ねる)

・時間外労働:概念なし

■休日

年間休日:122日

完全週休二日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)、国民の祝日、年末年始

年次有給休暇、傷病休暇、慶弔休暇、特別休暇(事由による)

産前産後休暇、生理休暇、介護休暇・子の看護休暇(ただし それぞれ1日目~5日目までは有給)、育児及び介護休業(ただし それぞれ最初の1日は有給)
