  • 日本のメガバンク様を担当するプリセールスエンジニアポジションになります。お客様役員や管理職または実務者など多岐にわたる方を対象に、課題ヒアリング、課題の明確化を行い、VMware by Broadcomのソリューションで解決するための提案活動を行います。 その中ではプレゼンテーション、ホワイトボードディスカッション、ワークショップの開催、提案書作成、お客様との技術検証支援を行い、価値の提供に努めていただきます。

    • 必要条件

  • お客様, 営業, プロフェッショナルサービス, グローバルサポートなど関係者と円滑にが取れ、変化を前向きに捉えられ、推進できる方
  • 金融業での業務または金融業をお客様とした経験がある方
  • 5年以上の技術関連分野でのプリセールスまたはシステム開発経験がある方
  • ビジネスインフラ(サーバ,ストレージ,ネットワーク)の提案, 要件定義, 設計, 実装経験のある方
  • 必要に応じて出張(国内外)ができる方
  • コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、関連分野の学士号以上、または同等の経験
  • 日本語が堪能であること
  • 英語の読み書きが可能であること

    • Job Purpose:

  • VMware by Broadcom's Solution Architects is tasked with defining the business and IT challenges of our clients, as well as those that are not yet visible, and working with or leading our clients to solve them.

  • A team of solution architects responsible for Japanese financial institutions

    • Specific duties:

  • This is a pre-sales engineer position for a Japanese megabank. This position will be responsible for listening to the issues, clarifying issues, and proposing solutions using VMware by Broadcom solutions to a wide range of customers, including executives, managers, and practitioners in the field. This will include presentations, whiteboard discussions, workshops, proposal writing, and technical validation support with customers to deliver value.

    • Basic Requirements:

  • Be able to work well with customers, sales, professional services, global support, and other stakeholders, and be proactive and able to drive change
  • Experience working in the financial industry or with customers in the financial industry
  • 5+ years of pre-sales or system development experience in a technology related field
  • Experience in business infrastructure (server, storage, network) proposal, requirement definition, design, and implementation
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Ability to read and write English

  • Knowledge of VMware technologies (server virtualization, storage virtualization, network virtualization, etc.)
