Job Opportunity

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective business solutions
  • Guide and deploy business solutions and strategies tailored to large-scale clients
  • Propose comprehensive solutions considering various resources and constraints from business and technical perspectives
  • Engage senior-level executives in understanding and meeting requests by demonstrating solutions
  • Lead development and implementation strategies to align sales with customer business strategies
  • Provide leadership to pursuit teams, ensuring alignment between sales and customer business strategies
  • Enhance competitiveness in the customer's market by selling and implementing technical solutions
  • Evaluate industry best practices, trends, and alliances to ensure our solutions meet customer needs


Requirements

【Experience Required】:
  • Experience in proposing core systems, SaaS, and ITIL solutions
  • Over 10 years of experience in business solutions, functional/technical consulting, or sales solutions
  • Experience with operations in the IT industry, especially handling large clients
  • Experience in creating and proposing solution/product portfolios
  • Experience in solution sales and proposal writing
  • Knowledge and experience in IT products, services, competencies, and offerings
  • Understanding of business environments, industries, and competitor products/services
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and conversational English language skills
【Skills and Knowledge Required】:
  • Sales experience of SaaS/cloud-based ERP/HCM/CRM/ITIL solutions to CXO level in large enterprises
  • Proficiency in consulting sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to persuade customers through conversations, documents, presentations, and demonstrations
  • High communication skills to articulate customer demands and solutions clearly
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with team members, executive-level clients, and present effectively
  • Leadership skills to work within a team and lead
  • Capability to build and maintain formal and informal networks
  • Ability to act as a company representative to internal and external customers
  • Initiative and judgment for problem-solving
  • Capability to present ideas, goals, problems, and outcomes to various audiences
  • Ability to explain and present the business value of company solutions compared to key competitors after understanding them thoroughly
