≪職務範囲≫
・商品固有の顧客ニーズを理解し、最適なタイミングで情報を発信する。生放送プロデューサー、スイッチャー、音響オペレーター、スタジオコーディネーター、フロアディレクターと連携し、高品質なOAを提供する。
・OAグラフィック内の商品情報における誤字脱字を検出し、整合性を確認。問題が発見された場合は担当部署に報告し、修正を行う。
・商品情報を「読みやすく誤解を招かない表現」でプロダクトボックスに入力し、最高品質のサービスを提供する。
・OA中のVizrtグラフィック関連トラブルに即時対応し、迅速な復旧作業を実行する。
・社内規定で定められた情報、または法令に基づく情報を関連規則に従って発信する。
・顧客にとって最適な表現と業務品質向上の実現に向けたアイデアを考案し、上司に提案して実行に移す。
・QVCの差別化要素を具体化し実践する。
・コンプライアンス意識を持って業務を遂行する。
≪主な職務内容≫
24時間生放送におけるオンエア(OA)グラフィックス業務
・OA内のグラフィックを管理し、ライブプロデューサーの指示のもと適切なタイミングでグラフィック操作を実行する。
・商品情報を深く理解し、視聴者に分かりやすく発信することで売上向上に貢献する。
・担当番組で使用するグラフィックを準備し、操作しやすい状態に管理する。
データの作成および入力
・システム から取得した商品情報をプロダクトボックスに入力する。
・入力マニュアルに沿って視聴者にとって見やすいレイアウトを作成し、OA で使用するグ ラフィックをプレイリストに読み込む。
・1週間ごとに2週間後の放送番組の情報を準備するサイクルでデータベースから取得した商品情報をQVC専用システムに入力。
・システムに入力した情報と実際の放送内容(価格、送料、ゲスト名など)に相違がないかを確認する。
品質管理
・システム から取得した情報と商品情報(価格、送料、色、番組名、ゲスト名 など)に矛盾がないか確認する。
・OA で使用するオペレーター担当用グラフィックを作成、確認、管理する。 ・業務改善提案や資料作成を行う。
≪必要なスキルや知識≫
・良好な対人コミュニケーション力
・商品情報の整合性確認や誤字脱字を検知できる力
・不測の事態にも冷静に判断し対応できる力
・突発的なリクエストに対して優先順位を即座に判断できる力
・基本的なPC操作スキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど )
・TV業界での経験(歓迎)
・2D/3Dグラフィックアプリケーションの知識(歓迎)
